+Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul III
+“Sea Glass”
+The story I read about this morning was on a couple who walked down the beach collecting sea glass. The story was about how each color of sea glass representing hoe they felt about each other. He would love spending time with her but was embarrassed at what his friends would think. As soon as she realized how he felt, their lives completely changed. They have been together ever since.

+ Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul III
+ "Why Girls Like Guys"
+ This section was a little bullet style list of reasons why girls like guys. My favorites to read were how guys always wear your favorite cologne. Also, that confused face they make when they have done something wrong and they don't know what they have done. This has been my favorite story I have read throughout the whole book.

This book talks about how you will or how to survive the loss of a lost love, so step one is you will survive, to make sure your confident that you will survive. The healing process has a beginning a middle and an end. Nature is on your side and nature is a powerful ally. Step two is to get help if you need it. If you do need help get help at once. Step three is to acknowledge the loss. Step four is to know you are not alone. Step five is that its okay to feel. You will feel numb and its okay, expect to be in shock for awhile. This emotional numbness may be frightening. Its okay to feel fear. It’s okay to feel anything. Step six, be with the pain. If your hurting, admit it. To feel pain after loss is normal, natural, proof you are alive, and a sign that you are able to respond to life’s experiences. Step seven is to know you are great. Step eight is to give yourself time to heal. There are many more steps in this book, too many to name, but the point is you can survive the loss of a love.
I think that most of the things in this book can be helpful. I think that by following these steps you can and will survive.
