I do, people can find a compromise in anything as long as they want to fix whatever the issue is, especially since most people just want the war to be over.

Our class learned about how Congress is trying to find the funds for the war, how our Secretary of State is over in Iran in a conference, and how a thirteen year old saved his mother from a fire. I have never really paid much attention to the war in Iraq, so today’s video brought me up to date. It was also very interesting how the thirteen year old boy didn’t freeze in shock, he knew exactly what to do to save his mom.

The next move in the political playbook was for Congress to try to override that veto. It requires a two-thirds vote.

I didn’t really like todays news. It was sort of hard to understand because I only like to watch news that has something related to me or something that can catch my attention. Like something happening in my neighborhood.
